Ryan was raised in Germantown, Tennessee, and graduated from Briarcrest Christian School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Memphis, where he also served as President and Captain of the men’s club lacrosse team. In 2019, Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school, he interned with the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office and worked as a student attorney in the Neighborhood Preservation Clinic. In February of 2020, he moved to Nashville to begin his legal career with Chapman & Rosenthal Title. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing lacrosse and spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their feisty daughter, Caroline.
