Born in Nashville and raised in Franklin, Chad attended David Lipscomb High School where he played varsity baseball, served as a captain of the football team, and was president of his graduating class. Chad attended Lipscomb University, graduating in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a double minor in History and Management. Chad attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where he earned recognition for academic excellence in Client Development and Litigation. Upon graduation from law school, Chad began his practice in civil litigation. In 2004, he began his real estate practice. Chad married Jennifer, his high school sweetheart, in 1997 and they have three children. Chad is a big sports fan and an avid fisherman and hunter.
